1. Introduction Welcome to Andy Gonzalez Photography. By booking a session or purchasing services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and mutual understanding between the client and Andy Gonzalez Photography.

2. Booking and Payment 2.1 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be applied to the total cost of the session. 2.2 Full payment is required by the date of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2.3 Payment can be made via [Cash, Cash app, Venmo, or PayPal].

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations 3.1 Clients must provide at least [5 Days] notice to reschedule a session without losing the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 3.2 If a session is canceled by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. 3.3 In the unlikely event Andy Gonzalez Photography cancels a session, clients will receive a full refund of any payments made.

4. Session Guidelines 4.1 Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session. 4.2 Any additional costs (e.g., location fees, permits, etc.) will be the responsibility of the client. 4.3 Andy Gonzalez Photography reserves the right to end a session early if client behavior or circumstances prevent successful continuation.

5. Image Delivery and Usage 5.1 Edited images will be delivered within [7-10 days] of the session via [method, e.g., online gallery, USB]. 5.2 Clients may not alter, edit, or manipulate the delivered images without prior consent. 5.3 Images are for personal use only unless commercial usage rights are purchased separately.

6. Copyright and Ownership 6.1 All images remain the copyright of Andy Gonzalez Photography. 6.2 Andy Gonzalez Photography reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes, portfolio displays, and social media unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

7. Liability 7.1 Andy Gonzalez Photography is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, equipment failure, or other incidents beyond control. 7.2 Liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for the session.

8. Privacy Policy 8.1 Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for the purpose of providing photography services. 8.2 Andy Gonzalez Photography will not share client information with third parties without consent.

9. Agreement By booking a session, clients acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Any modifications to these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
